Following 20 years of full time ministry in evangelism and Bible teaching based in the south of England Clayton and Isobel Dougan followed God's call to Canada in 1984. Evangelism International was incorporated as a charitable society in 1986 to provide a support base and accountability structure for ministry in their new base, Victoria, B.C. Clayton has travelled to about a dozen countries of the world preaching the gospel and teaching God's word. For many years E.I. has been officially in association with International Teams of Canada www.iteams.ca From time to time Clayton ministers as a guest teacher in the ministry of Torchbearers International especially at Capernwray Harbour, Thetis Island, B.C.
Ministry:
Clayton's calling is, as our Vision Statement says, to preach the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ worldwide. He still feels strongly the call of God to be a preaching evangelist. The various ministries of E.I. include:
• Guest preaching interdenominationally
• Bible teaching in conferences and church retreats
• A four hour seminar on evangelism - "Evangelism is Not a Fatal Disease"

Louise is a Victoria business woman and currently active in her local church, Oaklands Chapel.

Mr. Al Kelly (Vice President)
Al served for a number of years as a Crusade Director with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. He is currently a business man and also active in his local church in Sidney, B.C.

Mr. Bert Boyd (Secretary/Treasurer)
Bert is in business in Hospital Administration and an active member of Saanichton Bible Fellowship.

Mr. Steve Foster (Director)

Mrs. Cathy Sakiyama (Director)
Cathy is involved in a counseling ministry and active in Saanichton Bible Fellowship, her local church.

Mr. Garry Sedun (Director)
Garry is also in business both in Canada and abroad. He is active in his local church, Saanichton Bible Fellowship.
